Once you’ve got that down, add a layer of sand, then build a tower. Keep adding layers until you reach the desired height. To build a tree house, first locate a sturdy branch that reaches above the rest of the tree. Next, cut off a section of the branch that extends beyond the trunk. Use this piece to construct a platform. Finally, attach the platform to the tree using strong rope or twine. Now your child can climb up into the tree house whenever he/she wants.
7. Explore the park
There are plenty of parks located close to your home. These are perfect places to visit with your child. In addition to providing opportunities for exercise, they often feature playgrounds, picnic tables, and open spaces. You can also bring along a book, a toy, or a favorite snack to share while you’re exploring.
Take a nap
Sleep is an essential part of our lives. We need sleep to function properly and stay healthy. Children have different sleeping patterns than adults. A baby sleeps about 16 hours per day while an adult may only need 8-10 hours. When children don’t get enough sleep they tend to have problems focusing and paying attention. If a child doesn’t get enough sleep he/she tends to become cranky and irritable.
Nap time is a great way to help your child relax and recharge their batteries. Nap times should not be scheduled. Nap times should happen naturally. You can use naps to help your child fall asleep at night. Napping helps children feel refreshed and ready to start the day.
Bedtime routines are important in helping kids fall asleep. Make sure your child goes to bed at the same time each night. Also, make sure your child gets plenty of rest before school starts. Kids who do not get enough sleep tend to have trouble falling asleep at night.
